I recently had the honor of working with Christy Arias, a beautiful soul and extremely talented photographer. Under her loving guidance, and very sharp eye, I had the most amazing experience participating in a photo shoot meant to bring forth the inner Goddess that every woman posses.

As an esthetician, I take pride in doing the same, bringing out the inner goddess and sexy beast that lies in all woman. Sometimes giving ourselves permission to go and seek self care and not feel "guilty" for it is hard. My goal is to change that thinking and help women accept the gift they are giving themselves and watch them shine and thrive when they do.

When I was asked to join in the Goddess Project by the amazing and empowering Tamara Reinelt, I was excited but nervous. There was truly no reason to be!! You are in amazing hands with your host and Christy. Between the pre-photoshoot Zoom call with Christy to go over your wardrobe (which I HIGHLY recommend), the girls day set up (be sure to have a glass of wine or two) and the private shooting (complete with wind machine and killer music to get you moving your hips) you will finish your day feeling like Beyonce! Trust me, you will let your guard down and be free, EMBRACE IT!

Nothing is too little or too much. The one thing I didn't prepare myself for is the rush of emotions I felt when I saw my photos for the first time. I recommend you first view them privately, with just Christy. This moment is just for you. What a lot of women, including myself, experience is a loss of self. You become a mother, a partner, a caregiver, a professional, and somewhere along the way you lose sight of you. Christy brings that amazing woman back to the foreground and embraced you in light and love.

You will SEE YOU! Shed the tears of wonder and joy, say "hello gorgeous!" and prepare yourself to be forever changed moving forward.
