Re-Embodiment. Through 6 different topics that we as women struggle to get through, we will meet for a 60-minute Zoom session, where we can safely and lovingly come together as a collective of women. During these sessions, we'll be discussing and engaging in guided practices that will help us uncover how various hot topics show up in our lives and where to go next with them.
The reason we've named this course Re-Embodiment is because, as women, we must consciously decide to reevaluate ourselves and fall in love with who we are in this very moment - not who we were 20 years ago, but who we are right now. Each month, we'll be exploring a different theme that empowers us to live our lives more authentically and show up as our best selves.
Here's a sneak peek of what we'll be covering:
April 3rd, we'll be diving into the topic of embracing our bodies as they are right now, and feeling deliciously alive.
May 8th, we'll examine our ideas of beauty and break through society's standards to unleash our true radiance.
June 5th, we'll create an intention and build a strong foundation for living authentically and showing up as our best selves.
In July 10th, we'll discuss what to wear and how to empower our inner goddess with clothing that compliments our body and spirit.
In August 7th, we'll explore how to find our outer glow by discovering our inner light and creating a life of joy and purpose.
September 11th, we'll create our own definitions of self-empowerment and cultivate authentic confidence.
To support your self-discovery journey, each following Monday, you'll receive a supporting worksheet that's relevant to our topic for that month. While partnering up with someone in the course is encouraged, it's not mandatory. The power of truth and vulnerability between us as women is so powerful and life-changing!
And, of course, I'll have a great book recommendation each month if you want to dive even deeper.
For every goddess who goes through this course in conjunction with a photoshoot in 2023 AND shows up to all 6 LIVE modules covered, will receive credit the course ($595) back as a print credit towards your portrait order!!
