I teach moms how to make more money, working less, and how to live the life of their dreams. My commitment is for you to gain confidence and know your worth. Stop sacrificing your health, relationships, career, and dreams. YOU get to have it ALL.
As mothers, we find ourselves moving from task to another. Often, we are learning on the go, sleep deprived, and barely put together. There are many times, especially in the early days of motherhood, we are simply trying to survive. We gain weight, our health declines with anxiety, depression, and we lose ourselves through the process of raising a family and balancing a career and/or business. We want to be all things to the people we love most, but often don’t have anything left to give.
I was the mom described above. I was lost in the hustle of life. I gained over 80 pounds, I had severe anxiety, my husband hurt his back severely and was unable to return to work shortly after our first son was born, and my marriage suffered. In addition, I was building a business that was growing quickly, all while I was trying to balance my own emotions. My confidence was gone, sad most days, and I hated how I felt inside and looked on the outside.
In 2017, I attended a 4-month long transformation training. I was committed to changing my life through this training, because my LIFE depended on it. I went all in and was given the tools, and I learned the value of investing in myself. I was taught many things, but the number one thing I learned was my value. I get to have all the things.
After this journey, I am committed to giving back and sharing my knowledge. I want everyone WINNING! Since this training of have invested in myself year after year, and have worked with hundreds of individuals coaching them toward their goals. My favorite is working with mothers and helping women heal. They are so fun, powerful and full of life - once they realize life isn’t a competition. This is a you vs you game. I feel most alive when mamas have breakthroughs and meet their goals, and realize how powerful they actually are. This work lights me up. It is a true body high that takes over all senses. What’s wild, is it has less to do with me, and more with women understanding their value, finding their freedom, making more money, having more time on their hands, living the life of their dreams by getting their power back.
My goal is to help you reach your goal.

What does it mean to be a goddess?
Merriam Webster’s definition is a woman whose great charm or beauty arouses adoration.
I personally think a goddess means much more than that. As we mature in life, we really start to see the importance of empowering ourselves and other women. I went into the beauty industry for my love of making woman feel beautiful. I have curated my business into helping women look and feel like the most beautiful version of themselves. I think it’s important to take my knowledge and teach women how simple changes can really transform how they feel about themelves.
Some women choose to wear makeup, get their hair or nails done, draw a bubble bath every night or do a goddess photoshoot. These are all small things we do to empower us to be the best version of ourselves.
Personally, when I do any of those things I feel so strong and comfortable in my skin. The stronger I feel, the more I thrive in my career, family and in my friendships.
I never forget to put myself first because am my own best friend. I surround myself with women that feel the same. The power women create can never be matched.
So, whenever you’re feeling less than, create opposite actions, pamper yourself, and surround yourself with other empowering women.

I believe yoga is a vehicle for embracing change. What better tool for inspiring women who go through many (and at times unpredictable) changes in their life. Woman wear the hats of mom, wife, partner, entrepreneur, chef, chauffeur, helper, chief financial officer, councilor, nurse, etc.. all within their own families. Their bodies change, their minds change, and their perspective changes to, sometimes all in the same day.The question I probably dislike getting the most is, "So what do you do?"
Even though I know what I do, I never feel like I quite get it right. I mean, how do you say "I teach a Divinely Downloaded modality called Core Wound Healing to women who want to heal any hurts, trauma, limiting beliefs and unserving patterns that are holding them back, and then I walk them into remembering their Purpose and empower them to serve the world the way that God called and created them to." in a succinct way without making them look at you sideways?
So I typically resort to "I help women shift what is holding them back so they are free to step into their Purpose." which honestly bores me because it doesn't hold the energetic capacity of how HUGELY TRANSFORMATIVE this work is.
For the longest time, I didn't own my role in this life changing work. I didn't want to "take away" from God, because ultimately, it came from Him. But there was a distinct difference in the women I work with 1:1 and the women who just purchase the course and do it on their own. Yes, both heal and experience a life changing transformation, but the ones that work directly with me get something else.
And it took me years to own it, but I can say it now with full ownership:
I am a powerfully Gifted, Divine Conduit and I channel energy and messages for my Intended, direct from God.
I see you in your healing from God's perspective. Feel the things you are still tucking deep inside, trying to continue to hide. I hear the Whispers of your soul that you'e been avoiding. And I gently, lovingly, but with a fierce energy that desires to see you be free of the wound, help you see, hear and feel it all, too.
I see you in your highest and best Self, before you ever do. I see visions and glimpses of you actually DOING your Purpose work, and it's like a fun secret God has given me that I empower you step into.
When women work with me, it's like they plugged into a secret source of energy that jolts them back into their Highest, Best, most fired up version of themselves they know they are.
And while all of that brings me to tears on a daily basis because my soul is overflowing with gratitude to witness all the healing and Purpose work these women are doing, I sometimes cry in awe at the other miracles that manifest in this work.
Like women getting pregnant after being unable to conceive.
Like marriages restored after the unthinkable.
Like a woman finding a life partner who loves her unconditionally when she only knew abusive relationships.
Like families coming back together.
Like parents asking forgiveness from their children. Like a woman looking at her body in the mirror and genuinely loving every lump, bump and crevice, despite all it's endured and how long she hated it.
Like seeing women confidently setting boundaries, where they never existed before.
Like healing generational patterns that were detrimental to her believing anything else was possible.
Like finally feeling worthy of all the abundance that is rightfully hers.
Witnessing women's miracles on a daily basis and knowing I was the one that paved the way for them to experience this life changing, soul shifting, lineage healing work brings me to my knees in humble gratitude often.
But I had to go first. Someone always does, right?
I had to be ready, willing and open to receive this Divine modality that was gifted to us. I had to do the work myself, first.
I had to heal my wounds, shift my patterns, release all of the emotion and energy that was stored up in me wreaking havoc on my mind, body and spirit, first.
I had to make the 6 Keys to Core Wound Healing™️ a way of life, first.
And in healing, I had to remember my Purpose first, and then bravely dive head first into pursuing it.
All so that I could learn the way, then show you how.
And what may be the raddest part of all, is once you choose to "go first" and you learn how to heal and you remember and step into your Purpose, you are paving the path for every woman who is watching you transform before their eyes to bravely take the first step in transforming hers.
This work spreads like wildfire. Once a woman experiences it, she cannot be contained.
But you see, the fire has always been in you. I was just chosen to reignite your flame.
So maybe the next time someone asks me what I do, I'll just say, "I spark the flame for the Wildfire in women." and see what they say.

Something I look at as crazy and naïve now was that when we started the Goddesses project in 2020, I never anticipated how purpose driven each woman I had the opportunity to photograph would turn out being in their life’s work. How passionate they were about empowering other woman through their different forms of "career."
It may sound corny when you hear women say they love what they do however, I LOVE what I do.
The question you should ask when someone says that is, "why do you love what you do?" Let me share.
It’s hard to believe but I have been working in the Green Living, Health & Wellness space for 27+ years. Back in 1994, the word “Green” was just a color and of course our Green friend Kermit was famous for saying it ain’t easy being Green.
Kermit was right, all those years ago I would often hear “Good for you” Myrna, however the world was not looking for what I had to offer. Today everything has changed, now more than in history most people want to be healthy inside and out, they want to buy American made and they want a secure financial future where they are in control.
My passion is education and mentorship. Working with women to empower them to be in control of their health, their families health and at the same time create a business around their busy lives that they love.
My life business is a noble business, working alongside women with drive and determination lights me up. My community is a welcoming one.
Ladies, you really can have it all and I can help you achieve the peace and life balance you desire. My tip is simply for you to consider the possibility.
Working alongside women to help them see what’s possible for them get’s me up every day. Seeing and feeling them in that moment that they realize they are in control of their health and financial future is magical. Knowledge and empowerment makes them strong and independent and that’s awesome.
Sincerely,
Myrna Atha

"Smile: A pleased, kind, or amused facial expression, typically with the corners of the mouth turned up and front teeth exposed."
I am Carla Silva, Practice Administrator / Treatment Coordinator for Baker Orthodontics. At Baker Orthodontics, we are leading the way for the highest quality orthodontic care in our community.
I am dedicated to providing the best care to every patient that comes in our door. When people hear Orthodontics, we immediately think of kids or teenagers. What we don't think is "adults". More importantly, we never think about a "40" something woman. But, believe it or not, this is life-changing.
Women are selfless; we always put ourselves last, especially when we have children. Braces are not a priority for us until after we have provided for our children. I hear from our patients," my parents couldn't afford braces for my siblings, and I so I want to make sure I can provide this for my kids." When we finally have the time to take care of ourselves, and it's our turn for braces or clear aligners, moms are so excited. This helps bring their confidence back; it reminds them that they are important too. That they are worth prioritizing their self too! Women age, we look in the mirror and point out all our flaws. It's an incredible experience to see women look in the mirror for the first time, see them glow and step into their confidence after their treatment. It's like they say, " There I am!'
Every day I have the opportunity to educate and change lives. I say it all the time 'I have the best job in the world!' I get to take a journey with women who feel scared, insecure and excited simultaneously. The truth is, we meet people, and the first thing we look at is their smile! It says a lot about a person! Having the opportunity to help women gain confidence throughout their treatment is an honor and personally, so rewarding.
Life is like a mirror; we get the best results when we smile; it's contagious.

]]>As soon as you meet Kisha, you know you are seen and loved just as you are. Without an ounce of makeup on! You are perfect! I was excited to ask Kisha to write about how she elevates woman in her craft because she has been by our side, glamming goddesses for most of our Phoenix, AZ area goddesses. She’s become like family, a sister goddess to all of us who have been lucky enough to spend time and talent with her!
Kisha, you are doing so much more than I think you realize! You are literally elivating lives! For those of you who haven't been through a goddess photoshoot in Phoenix, she is the last person to touch the energy of each woman I photograph before they come to me. I see them step into their strength because of her. She gives every woman the confidence they crave!
You can see the confidence that her work evokes within our goddesses in the title photograph!
Kisha, it's as though you are giving permission to every goddess to step into their greatness. Greatness that you could already see. They just needed you Kisha, to help them see it!

The standard of beauty has changed over the years. However, there is still a standard. Growing up, I did not feel as though I fit into that standard. So, I focused on getting an education and the things that I enjoyed doing instead. I was not the little girl who played in my mom’s makeup as a child. The only true goal I had in life was to go to college and make something of myself.
However, I did not know what I wanted to do, so it was hard making something out of nothing. I had no idea that what I wanted to do was work in the fashion and beauty industry, making others look the way I wanted to look. It wasn’t until years later when I had a son and married my husband who also had a son that I started to look at myself in the mirror and appreciate being a woman.
I was surrounded by boys and often felt "unpretty." I felt I needed to learn femineity. I started playing in makeup and learned the artistic value of using a face as a canvas to express myself. I spent a year studying and practicing makeup on myself until people started asking me to do their makeup. After 2 years I decided to make my hobby a profession and began doing makeup on the side. It wasn’t long before I realized that I enjoyed doing others makeup over doing my own. I enjoy making woman feel great about themselves.
So, why am I so passionate about the makeup and the beauty industry?
I am passionate about women knowing that they are beautiful. I want to remind them that they do not have to be the standard or compare themselves to it!
When my clients allow me to bless their face, it’s my gift to share with them that beauty is how they value the woman they are—with or without makeup.
